Craig Alden has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry. He is dedicated to providing clients with the professional and individual attention necessary to help them achieve their financial goals, while offering continued service as their needs change. Craig uses a common-sense approach to assist clients in setting goals for today, tomorrow, and the future with emphasis on understanding budgets, spending habits, debt management, financial organization, tax planning, and investments.

Craig grew up in Fairfax County, VA, and is a 1986 graduate of Lake Braddock Secondary School. After graduating from West Virginia University in 1990, he worked in retail banking for First Virginia Bank and Apple Federal Credit Union. In 1999, Craig left the banking industry and began his financial services career. In 2016, Craig founded Shenandoah Financial Advisors to provide clients a personal approach to financial planning.

In 2025, Craig joined Founders Financial as a Member Partner. Founders Financial is a Registered Investment Advisory Firm and registered broker-dealer. He has his FINRA series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as his Life and Health License.

Craig currently resides in Reston, VA, with his wife Lisa. Craig and Lisa share a healthy, active lifestyle. They can be found on the local golf courses and pickleball courts.
